- Fill out the registration form, then email a photo of the completed form to Lesley Stueven at lstueven24@yahoo.com.
- Lesley can also book the tournament with the Traveling Credit Card. Email Lesley a screenshot of your tournament registration form.
If you issue payment to the tournament, please email Lesley a screenshot of your payment along with your name and mailing address of where you would like the reimbursement sent.
